Media Use Statement

Permission is granted to download and use trademarked media for coverage of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated (Kappa Alpha Psi, KAΨ). Kappa Alpha Psi reserves the right to refuse permission for further reproduction if the user has not maintained acceptable standards of representation, or if the user has not observed the conditions set forth in this statement.

Only digital images supplied by Kappa Alpha Psi may be used for reproduction.  Second-generation photography is not permitted. Downloading or copying from another source is strictly prohibited unless prior arrangements have been made with Kappa Alpha Psi. Kappa Alpha Psi holds title and copyright to the requested images; however, the fraternity does not possess a subject release for individuals pictured in the images.

To the extent that such individuals depicted may possess privacy or publicity rights, or other interests not owned by Kappa Alpha Psi, it is the user’s sole responsibility to ascertain whether any such rights exist, and to obtain all permission(s) necessary to reproduce the image. By downloading the images, the user hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.  harmless from and against any and all costs, claims, liabilities, or damages incurred, including without limitation all attorney’s fees expended as a result of any violation by the user of any privacy or publicity rights, or other interests relating to the subject matter hereof.
